GDPR STATEMENT

Considering the provisions laid down in the applicable national (Law 102/2005, as amended and supplemented, Law no. 190/2018, Law no. 506/2004, Law no. 363/2018) and European (Regulation 2016/679/EU, Directive 2016/680/EC, Directive 2002/58/EC) laws in force, the Company is required to handle the personal data provided to it only under conditions of safety and for the purposes specified. The personal data processed by the Company are very important for our website.

The Company, via its departments, will process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR provisions and the specific provisions applicable to the following activities: sign up to Streamate.com, training programs, invoicing. The Company also processes in part or in full your personal data listed below:

  • surname and first name;
  • nickname/pseudonym;
  • citizenship;
  • telephone/fax;
  • image;
  • national identification number;
  • sex;
  • date and place of birth;
  • signature;
  • address (home/residence);
  • voice;
  • series and number of identity document/passport,

as required for the purposes of your activity and other additional advertising, marketing and publicity activities necessary for promoting the company’s business. We will use the personal data above subject to your consent only, in order to meet the obligations arising from our outstanding agreements.

Also, while pursuing its business, the Company may carry out the cross-border transfer of the personal data below:

surname and first name; sex; nickname/pseudonym; date and place of birth; citizenship; signature; telephone/fax; address (home/residence); image; voice; national identification number; series and number of identity document/passport,

for the purpose of creating user accounts in the secured IT network and carrying out the Company’s business. We are working together with personal data processors who are able to ensure an adequate level of protection for your personal data. The Company will disclose your personal data to third parties or public officials whenever required to do so by law.

The processing of your image and voice as well as the cross-border transfer of your personal data will be carried out by automated means, with the purpose of performing the subject matter of the agreement concluded with you. We will make sure that your personal data is safe and we use secure data communication and transfer protocols. We will use anonymous data and pseudonyms whenever feasible.

The company hereby advises you that the Company’s venue in Bucharest, 11 Magheru Blvd. district 1, where you may carry out your activity (if you so choose) is provided with a video surveillance system which allows the processing of your personal data (image).

Video surveillance is required for the prevention and control of crime, as well as for the protection of persons, property and values within the venue where the company operates.

Please be advised that you are not required to provide us with the personal data listed above, as this is required for the lawful pursuit of activities at our Company’s venue. However, your refusal to allow the cross-border transfer of your personal data as well as the processing of your image and voice will render impossible the preparation of the business documents required in accordance with the law as well as your cooperation with the Company.

The information is recorded for use by the personal data controller and will be only disclosed to the following legal entity recipients in the United States and Cyprus, namely: STANDARD STUDIOS US, INC. and STREAMATES LTD., for the purpose of data processing and recording in the databases used for the pursuit of business.

You have:

  • the right to request access to your personal data;
  • the right to request the Company to correct your personal data;
  • the right to request the Company to erase your personal data;
  • to right to request that your personal data be transferred to another personal data processor;
  • the right to limit the processing of your personal data;
  • the right to refuse the processing of your personal data.
